If an erection lasts too long, it is called priapism and if it lasts more than 4 hours it can permanently damage delicate tissues inside the penis. You may want to talk to your Dr about this and if it lasts over 4 hours, you should go to the ER so they can give you something to counteract.

You should not be taking it unless you have ed. In that case it should not last after orgasm. It can however cause long erection, and anything over 4 hrs you should go to the er. It can damage the tissues.
