30mg x 2 IR. I want to ask my doctor what could be added for a longer effect. ER gives me headaches as far as generic Adderall. This is a good medicine, for me, but the time frame is not lasting like it did. Any help you can offer I would like to take to my doctor for his consideration. Thank you for what you do

Two things come to mind. You may have developed a habituation to the drug after long term use or the medication may have "pooped out" on you and is no longer as effective.
Either way you'll have to discuss this with your doctor. Because it's a controlled substance they may be hesitant to increase your dosage so you may need to revise your treatment plan.
