some doctors are saying the half-life is something like 75 hours or 375 hours to be completely out of you system (75x5) . whereas other sources are saying the elimination half life is something like 28 days, which would mean it takes roughly 144 days to be out of you system (28x5). which information is correct

Abilify leaves the system slowly. It has a half-life of 75 hours which means after the first 75 hours half in gone, after the next 75 hours half of the remaining half is gone, another 75 hours half of the remaining 1/4 is gone, another 75 hours and you"re down to 1/16th remaining. So it takes about 3 weeks to be undetectable in your body. Terminal elimination half-life for 300mg injectable Abilify is 29.9 days according to the literature.
