If sucralafte pill needs to be followed by the glass of water, why liquid sucralfate doesn't?
Are there any restrictions for drinking water once the liquid carafate taken?

Answers
It is important that the tablet reaches the stomach. If it is not swallowed with a glass of water there is a risk it will get stuck in the throat.
This is not an issue when taking the liquid.
