I took it for the first time last night and again I was up all night. My legs to my feet and up to the lower back hurt from being tensed up all night. Day 2 of no sleep. Help!
Has anyone taken metaxalone 800mg for restless legs and did it help?

Nutritional deficiencies often cause restless legs. Most important are Vitamin E and magnesium. I would take 800 IU of d-alpha tocopherol in the morning ( NOT synthetic dl-alpha). Morning and night I would take a total of 1200 mg calcium citrate (NOT carbonate), 600 mg magnesium, with vitamins D3 and K2. Get potassium checked, use sea salt, find a quality electrolytes drink.
