Has anyone tried Joyous ketamine?

I found it very, very hard to deal with Joyous as a company. They cancelled appointments with my provider, then told me that because I was ONE MINUTE late to the rescheduled appointment, my provider left. At another time, my provider failed to show up for my appointment at all. So, yes, I saw some improvement in my anxiety symptoms (though not in my depression symptoms) but the company made it nearly impossible for me to continue taking it! And after all of the screw-ups with my appointments, I started to lose confidence in Joyous. They are dispensing a very potent, potentially dangerous substance and they just don’t seem to take that seriously. If you can’t wait 1 minute for a patient to get to her appointments, you might just be an online pill mill. I would look elsewhere (Mindbloom) for ketamine therapy. Joyous is too scattershot, inconsistent and unprofessional.

Yes, I contacted Joyous Care over two months ago and still have not received the meds. They will not answer a phone and only communicate through texts. I have been patient and tried to communicate with them for way too long. I am now trying to get a refund and it is going just as well as trying to get the meds. There is absolutely no customer service! Stay away, there are much better providers.

Yes, and it wasn't good. They kept charging me and sending ketamine when I canceled and didn't give consent. You have to do everything by email and text which causes alot of confusion. You can do a face to face with someone but they don't seem to really know what's what. It's a scam to milk money from sick and vulnerable people. Don't waste your time or money. You'll just walk away more depressed and anxious. Good luck finding good help.

I wish I could find a good source for ketamine. It helped me tremendously when I did via IV and wanted to continue but I use marijuana now, which softens my head pressure allowing me to go deep into meditations opening up a general sense of spaciousness and peace. I considered ordering vials for intra muscular but the site seemed suspect. It's frustrating I can't get what would likely help me lots

Joyous has been amazing for me.
I’ve been taking this for about a month and it has helped my depression unbelievably. I’ve suffered with major depression my whole life. This has been like a new existence for me. I just feel stable and normal for the first time.

Ketamine therapy is changing my life but joyous is a terrible and irresponsible provider. They can’t communicate effectively and won’t refill your prescriptions on time, which is really upsetting if you’re depending on the medicine for your mental health. (It’s been two weeks now since I’ve been charged and haven’t received my refill). You’re way better off spending a little more money and going with one of the alternatives.
