I am allergic to azithromycin, keflex, and amoxicillin. I'm not sure what I can take anymore. I currently have upper respiratory infection and Bactrim is not working. Help!

I am allergic to Keflex but Ceftin, second generation to Keflex, did not pass the penicillin border on me.
