... over the last few years. I thought that I would start feeling better but that doesn't seem to be happening at all. I have been diagnosed with bi-polar and I'm presently taking venlafaxine 75mg four times a day along with bupropion 150mg 2 times a day. It used to work, but not so much as of late. I am worried that if I don't get the anger under control soon, I am going to lose my wife of 56 years. Are there any new miracle drugs out there that anyone can suggest? I also should mention I live in a small town with one doctor and the closest town with a large hospital (and professional mental health facilities)
is about 83 miles from my front doorstep. So? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

You might try a virtual visit with a mental health professional at that facility. It’s a wonderful way to get help without having to leave home. There are also other options for mental health care online. Teledoc is the service my insurance company uses. If you’re on Medicare there may be an option for that as well.
