Yes you can
They are both ins-aids, but I have been on naproxen,"(aleve)" and Ibuprofen and they worked some, but some ins-aids together cancel out the other like aleve and celebrate.I was on so many meds that have, or had major drug interactions that I had to start researching myself, because my doctors and pharmacists obviously were not checking before prescribing them.
Yes. Regular ibuprofen can be taken again in 6 hours or in 6 hours you can take whatever you like. Most meds like Tylenol, ibuprofen, etc... can be taken every 4 to 6 hours as needed in whatever combination you choose.
Most doctors are morons, stupid or evil or all of the above. No real doctor would ever prescribe Tylenol, Paracetamol ,Acetaminophen or any other drug that contains this deadly garbage. Idiot land. The " safest' are Alleve ( Naproxyn) and Meloxicam and these are last resorts too. Many naturals work as well but this isn't the place to go into that. This is a place to condemn white jacketed evil
