On my third Prolia injection and happily no side effects. I drink 3 glasses of wine every evening but would desist if I thought it was interfering with the action of the drug.
Does alcohol reduce efficacy of prolia desnumab?

I do not know
Since pharmacies don't dispense the Prolia shots, your doctor might be the best resource. Just have to add to the ones who are so happy with their Prolia, I had terrible side effects which remain over 2 years later.
Hi, this is what the interactions checker reports: https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1034-14582,3238-14600
However, i agree with Laurie, double check with your pharmacist to be sure...
I drink about 4 glasses of wine a day. I have had 2 Prolia shots now & my bone density greatly increased. It went from a -3.5 to -2.4 in 1 yr. I am thrilled!!!
I don't think you have anything to worry about. If still concerned, be sure to ask your pharmacist. They are suppose to be the experts.
