The second dose was tomorrow's dosage, and I took them on autopilot when I intended to take some Aleve. Is 600 mg enough to worry about?
There was one time 4 or so years ago that I took 600 mg all at once one morning, and I literally fell asleep standing up, later in the day... and then puked my guts out that night.
I accidently took two doses of 300 mg of venlafaxine, 5 hours apart?

I take the same dose (also called effexor-er 24 hr) and it may cause you to feel a little hyper and don't be on auto pilot when taking your meds.
You may feel quite sick again... that's a fairly large dose:
"Maximum dose: 225 mg orally per day"
If in doubt contact your doctor or call Poison Control @ 1-800-222-1222 for professional advice.

Hello tempest1944:
You should be fine. Don't drink alcohol or caffeine but do drink a lot of water. Eat solid food if you can. Might want to dial your dosage back by a third to half tomorrow.
All the best and take care for now.
