I take a 20 mg paxil every morning, and a Nexium every night. Last night I accidentally took a Paxil instead of Nexium. Will that cause any problems? When should I take my next Paxil?

The maximum recommended daily dosage of Paxil is 60mg so you were still within an acceptable range. You can take your next dose of Paxil anytime over 8 hours from the last dose you took.
