I accidentally ran out of my lexapro 20mg and after two days not being on it I am irritable, n&v?

Hi, this has also happened to me with Lexapro--after missing only one day, even! I usually feel better within several hours (4-6) after taking my dose (20 mg), but YMMV of course.

You should feel better in 24 to 48 hours from when you took it. In other words a couple of doses.
