I was at work and took my usual dose of 100mg of sertraline, then totally forgot I had taken it, then taken another one an hour later, can anyone recommend anything good to ease mu anxiety.
What should I do if I've accidentally took 2 x 100mg of sertraline?

Hi, Karl!
200mg is the high end of the recommended maintenance dosage so you're still well within normal limits. Worst case you might experience a little nausea.
I just took a 100MG instead of 50mg by accident, I break them in half... had a little extra anxiety but it passed. Just get back on the normal dose.
Thank you I think I'm just overthinking it
Just take a deep breath. I gave also done this. Really you should be fine. You can always call your doctor to check in about it. I feel that when these things happen we give ourselves more anxiety about it than what is actually happening. Definitely keep going about your day. Best wishes to you.
Thank you that has helped alot
