Abilify - Ability and Insomnia?

Yes i have this issue at 100 mg pristiq and 1 mg abilify. 2.5 years now. I can make it work with my job working from home but an worried about moving into an office position. Sometimes i can override it with exercise so i sleep longer than about 3 hrs at a time. If you do wake and just don't get up, i am able to relax enough to fall asleep again. I would change doses to get around this if the cocktail did not work well for me otherwise.

This is probably not the Abilify. It more commonly causes tiredness. You are on a very low dose as well. Might want to talk to the doctor about the Sinequan if you are not getting a full nights sleep.

Hello, sleep problems are common side effects from using Abilify. I've experienced nights of waking up all hours of the night. I would sleep for 1 or 2 hours then wake up wide awake. But as as i laid down i was sound asleep. This happened a lot. It's was driving me crazy. After a night of all that i would be wide awake at 5 am. Well thats my experience.
