Hi, i just wanted to add that i used to take Tramadol 50mg capsules (no other added ingredients), and if i felt i needed a bit of extra pain relief, i would add Paracetamol, Ibuprofen or Diclofenac. You can safely take Tramadol + Paracetamol + Ibuprofen (if there is no reason you can't take NSAID's).

Your, Exactly right about that" I have been taking tramadol 50mg's for 12 years Now, I have never taken the 325mg, of Tylenol, With 37.5 Tramadol... So Idk. If they are Stronger than the 50mg. Without the Tylenol? I IBUPROFEN WITH MY 50mg's of Tramadol.

The 37.5mg is the Tramadol, the 300 is the amount of acetaminophen in Ultracet. Plain tramadol (or Ultram) isnt mixed with acetaminophen and usually comes in 50mg, they have a bit more tramadol than Ultracet. Like Kaismama says, if you feel you need some acetaminophen, you can always take it with the tramadol.

Is 50 higher then 37.5? The 300 is tylenol, a totally unecessary and potentially dangerous drug. My doc first ordered the ultracet and I told him I want more tramadol, if I feel I need tylenol with it I'll take one. Its also alot cheaper if you get plain tramadol.
