the imprint on one side is 2003, the other side says TEVA and is scored or pre-broken in half. It is a round pill and the color is peach. any answers or clues?

This pill is clonidine, not sure of strength. The trade name is Klonopin.

The imprint is incorrect, it is Teva 2083.-The description of the pill is right.
Pill imprint TEVA 2083 has been identified as Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg.
Hydrochlorothiazide is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; edema; osteoporosis; diabetes insipidus; nephrocalcinosis and belongs to the drug class thiazide diuretics. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy.
Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
