10 ml is approximately 2 teaspoons. there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. Always best to use a syringe without a needle or a calibrated mini cup which most pharmacies will supply for free.
Hi Janie, 10ml would be about two teaspoons although that is not a very reliable measure.
