Are there 10 mg pills of duloxetine or Cymbalta, in order to slowly reduce & eventually stop?

No, unfortunately the smallest dosage of Cymbalta/duloxetine is 20mg. Ask your doctor for a tapering dose schedule. Opening the capsules and counting the beads as may be suggested will give you an inaccurate dose and isn't safe. Beside it's also frustrating and extremely time consuming.
