Chlorhexidine Acetate

Inactives: Surfactants, Emollients, Fragrance, FD&C Blue#1

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Use as a barrier against pathogenic environmental microorganisms as an alternative to teat dipping when chapping is observed. Udder and teats of cow should be thoroughly washed before milking. Daily teat treatment should start 1 week before cow freshens. During lactation, apply to each teat immediately after the cow is milked. When the cow is dried up, the teats should continue to be treated once a day for 3 to 4 days. Rub onto each teat, including the teat duct opening, so that the lower 1 inch of the teat has been covered.

STORAGE:

Store at room temperature between 59° F to 86° F (15° C to 30° C.)

WARNINGS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water. If skin irritation or redness develops, discontinue use. Should irritation persist for more than 5 days, consult a veterinarian. Avoid human ingestion and avoid contamination of animal feed. In case of accidental ingestion seek medical assistance immediately or contact a poison control center.
