MULTIVITAMIN PREMIX FOR USE IN POULTRY DRINKING WATER

Thiamine hydrochloride	5,000 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride	5,500 mg
Vitamin B₁₂	40 mcg

Ingredients:

Vitamin D₃ (#982309), thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B₁₂, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.

Directions For Use

As a supplementary source of vitamins for use in drinking water. Prepare a concentrate by dispersing 150g of NVW-B-D3 in 14.06L of fresh drinking water. Set the applicator to deliver 30ml per 3.8L of water. This concentrate will supplement 1,800L of drinking water. Disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate: This product is for use as a sequestering or chelating agent in an amount not to exceed 0.024 percent.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place between 15 and 25°C. Keep package tightly closed following use.
