Hypersaline 7.2% Indications

For use in adult cattle as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of many diseases and conditions, when a rapid increase of intravascular volume is required.

Dosage and Administration

For intravenous use only. Warm to body temperature before use. Inject slowly using aseptic techniques. The dosage and rate of administration must be judged in relation to the clinical condition of the animal, as determined by a veterinarian.

CAUTIONS: Contains no preservatives. Discard any unused portion. Use only if solution is clear. Additives may be incompatible. To minimize the potential for thrombophlebitis, should be administered into a large vein. Avoid perivascular injections as this may induce tissue necrosis. Discontinue infusion if adverse reactions occur. A rapid administration rate can cause cardiovascular collapse and death.

Store between 15°C - 30°C. Keep from freezing.
