This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy horses 10 months of age or older against rabies, West Nile virus, tetanus, and encephalomyelitis caused by Eastern and Western viruses. A duration of immunity of at least 14 months has been demonstrated against rabies and at least 12 months against West Nile virus. The duration of immunity against the remaining diseases is unknown. SAFETY: Field safety testing has demonstrated that this product is safe for use in horses 3 months of age or older. Efficacy of the West Nile, Eastern, and Western encephalitis virus fractions and tetanus has not been established in foals 3 months of age.

Safe for administration of one dose during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Directions For Use

Shake well. Aseptically administer a single 1-mL dose intramuscularly, followed by a single dose of West Nile Innovator^® + EWT 3-4 weeks later. Vaccinate against rabies 1 year later, and annually after that. For routine revaccination frequency against the other diseases, or advice on revaccination in the face of stress or exposure, consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer.

Precautions

Store at 2°-8°C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Contains gentamicin, neomycin, polymyxin B, thimerosal, and formalin as preservatives. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. Do not mix with other products. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
