Dexchlorpheniramine/dextromethorphan/PE/pyrilamine 1.25 mg-5 mg-5 mg-5 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
2 years to 5 years: 2.5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
6 years to 11 years: 5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
