For Psoriatic Arthritis "I was on Humira for a 12-month period and recently started using Amjevita. I have taken 8 vials so far. However, I noticed increased joint pain and some psoriasis conditions on my legs and head. Although, my C-reactive protein level is still under control. Another major issue is the SureClick Amjevita pen mechanism. Sometimes it works properly, sometimes not. However, I have become very reluctant to use Amjevita due to the pain it gives when injecting. With Humira, I enjoyed using the pen. Wish I could go back to Humira."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Complete wonder drug. Was taking 6 sulfasalazine alongside copious amounts of naproxen to be able to get out of bed and work (plumber). A week after I took Amgevita, I was walking as if I were on naproxen and decided to stop taking the other tablets. I’m yet to catch up with my specialist, but from using a walking stick to get to the toilet, now on the verge of hogging and walking 10miles with the dog.. game changer."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Humira was the second biologic that I tried and it worked brilliantly. Leaps and bounds better than the Cosentyx I had started on originally. Then the switch came and I am trying Amgevita. After 2 months the joint pain started to return albeit still less than taking no bios. But then skin psoriasis returned along with a massive outbreak of eczema. The soles of my feet and palms of my hands are a complete disaster. Walking hurts, I have to keep my hands covered in gloves because they are cracking and bleeding like my feet and my body is now covered in small psoriasis patches!! I have never have this much psoriasis or such a dramatic outbreak of eczema! I took myself off of Amgevita for 4 weeks and the skin started to clear a little but returned full force when I started taking it again. I need to try another biosimilar. Sure wish I could have my Humira back!"

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Amgevita prescribed for Ankylosing Spondylitis and Crohn's Disease. Had 2 injections so far, two weeks apart. I don't find the injections painful - I use the Auto pen and take it out the fridge half hour before, press it firmly into stomach and go. There is a sharp jab for a couple of seconds but certainly bearable, it's nothing to worry about. It has definitely improved my AS symptoms, I hardly feel stiff in the mornings now. Not really any improvement with CD but it's early days. No side effects yet other than an on/off sore throat."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Was on Humira which worked brilliantly! Got switched to Amjevita. It does help with my Ankylosing Spondylitis but doesn't work nearly as well as Humira. I often need to take anti-inflammatories and pain meds. I’m disappointed with this medication."

For Crohn's Disease, Maintenance "It helps keep my symptoms dormant for my Crohn's; however, I find the application is so much more painful than my Humira pens are."
