Applies to the following strengths: 120 mg; 240 mg

Usual Adult Dose for Multiple Sclerosis

Initial dose: 120 mg orally twice a day for 7 days
Maintenance dose: 240 mg orally twice a day

Use: For the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease

Renal Dose Adjustments

Renal dysfunction: No adjustment recommended

Liver Dose Adjustments

Liver dysfunction: No adjustment recommended
