"After 2 years of trying six different biologics, my rheumatologist and I finally found one that has helped my severe PsA - Skyrizi. I use the prefilled syringes and it is so easy to dose. After two starter doses, I only have to inject once every three months! Pretty amazing! Although my symptoms are not gone, my joints feel so much better. I would say they have improved by 75%. I have only had one side effect that I get sometimes - cold sores on my lips. I use Aqaphor once or twice a day, which helps a lot. Thank goodness I have an aggressive and very positive rheumatologist. His work and this drug have made a huge improvement to my quality of life."

"Have been treating with several drugs over the past 8 years. First with no side effects for me. Pain & swelling returns 4 to 5 weeks prior to next injection, 10 days later I'm great again. Believe injections should be sooner as 3 months is a long time for any med to last. First one I can tolerate without rashes, medical side effects. Will keep taking it..."

"The effects of the medication were slow acting but I was told this. After four shots, I have 90% reduction in psoriasis and 100% reduction in dactylitis. Joint stiffness starts to come back a few weeks prior to the next dosage but I have been taking the medication just less than a year. Overall, I am happy with the results."
