"I’m in my upper 50s and was diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris about 10 years ago. I go through stages of losing my hair. When I start seeing redness and white flakes around my hair follicles, I use Clobetasol and it helps with hair loss, redness, and white flakes. I highly recommend this. I also get Kenalog injections in my scalp every 2-6 months when it gets really bad, but Clobetasol definitely helps."
