General

The most common adverse effects were injection site reactions, vomiting, arthralgia, gastroenteritis and decreased blood pressure.[Ref]

Cardiovascular

Very common (10% or more): Decreased blood pressure (13%)[Ref]

Dermatologic

Common (1% to 10%): Dry skin[Ref]

Gastrointestinal

Very common (10% or more): Vomiting (27%), gastroenteritis (13%), diarrhea (10%)

Common (1% to 10%): Nausea[Ref]

Hypersensitivity

Common (1% to 10%): Seasonal allergy[Ref]

Immunologic

Very common (10% or more): Anti-drug antibodies (35%)[Ref]

Local

Very common (10% or more): Injection site reactions (85%) including injection site erythema (75%), injection site swelling (62%), and injection site urticaria (25%)

Frequency not reported: Injection site pain, injection site bruising, injection site pruritus, injection site hemorrhage, injection site discoloration, injection site induration[Ref]

Metabolic

Common (1% to 10%): Increased alkaline phosphatase[Ref]

Musculoskeletal

Very common (10% or more): Arthralgia (15%)[Ref]

Nervous system

Common (1% to 10%): Dizziness (included dizziness, syncope, presyncope, procedural dizziness, vertigo)[Ref]

Other

Respiratory
