Side effects include:

Adverse effects (≥5%) include diarrhea, hypertension, nausea, respiratory infection, dizziness, increases in ALT/AST, rash, abdominal pain, fatigue, chest pain, neutropenia.

Common (1% to 10%): Neutropenia[Ref]

Hepatic

Very common (10% or more): ALT increased (11%)

Common (1% to 10%): AST increased[Ref]

Respiratory

Very common (10% or more): Respiratory infection (11%)[Ref]

Common (1% to 10%): Fatigue[Ref]

Nervous system

Very common (10% or more): Dizziness (11%)[Ref]

Cardiovascular

Very common (10% or more): Hypertension (28%)[Ref]

Dermatologic

Common (1% to 10%): Rash (e.g., rash erythematous, rash macular)[Ref]
