Nervous system
Very common (10% or more): Headache (up to 64.9%)
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Lethargy
Frequency not reported: Bell's palsy, facial paralysis, syncope[Ref]

Very common (10% or more): Fatigue (up to 70.1%), use of antipyretic or pain medication (up to 50.8%), chills (up to 41.5%), fever (up to 17.8%), fever of 38C or higher (up to 16.4%)
