The most commonly reported side effects included conjunctival hyperemia, instillation site pain, and corneal verticillata.[Ref]

Ocular

Very common (10% or more): Conjunctival hyperemia (up to 59%), corneal verticillata (up to 15%), conjunctival hemorrhage (up to 11%)

Common (1% to 10%): Blurred vision, eye pruritus, increased lacrimation, visual acuity reduced

Latanoprost:
