Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:

liver problems--loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain (upper right side), tiredness, itching, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Common side effects may include:

dry or thickened skin, itching, rash; or
-
cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat.

The most common side effects in greater than 10% of patients were headache, sinusitis, and atopic dermatitis.[Ref]

Very common (10% or more): Tachycardia/sinus tachycardia (10%)[Ref]
Dermatologic
Very common (10% or more): Atopic dermatitis/eczema (14%), alopecia (10%)[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
Very common (10% or more): Diarrhea (10%)[Ref]
Musculoskeletal
Very common (10% or more): Back pain (10%), neck pain (10%)[Ref]
Nervous system
Very common (10% or more): Headache (24%)[Ref]
Other
Very common (10% or more): Sinusitis (19%), fatigue (10%), pyrexia (10%), decreased absolute neutrophil count (33%)[Ref]
