Anthralin has been shown to cause tumors in animals. However, there have been no reports of anthralin causing tumors in humans.

Serious side effects of Anthralin topical

Along with its needed effects, anthralin topical may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.
