Cardiovascular
Very common (10% or more): Hypertension (19%)[Ref]
Dermatologic
Very common (10% or more): Rash (15%)
Frequency not reported: Granuloma skin, urticaria[Ref]

Gastrointestinal
Diarrhea includes diarrhea and hemorrhagic diarrhea.[Ref]

General
The most common adverse reactions reported were hypertension, cytokine release syndrome, rash, hypomagnesemia, renal impairment/failure, thrombocytopenia, and graft versus host disease.[Ref]
Hematologic
Very common (10% or more): Thrombocytopenia (12%)
Common (1% to 10%): Hemolytic anemia, neutropenia[Ref]
-Thrombocytopenia includes thrombocytopenia and immune thrombocytopenic purpura.
-Hemolytic anemia includes autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia, hemolysis, hemolytic anemia.[Ref]
Immunologic
Very common (10% or more): Cytokine release syndrome (18%), graft versus host disease (10%)[Ref]
Graft versus host disease (GVHD) includes GVHD, GVHD-gut, GVHD-skin, omenn syndrome.[Ref]
Metabolic
Very common (10% or more): Hypomagnesemia (16%)

Nervous system
