Estropipate Topical Dosage
Applies to the following strengths: 1.5 mg/g

Usual Adult Dose for Atrophic Urethritis
2 gram intravaginally once a day.
Usual Adult Dose for Atrophic Vaginitis
2 gram intravaginally once a day.
Dose Adjustments
The dosage may be titrated to achieve the desired effect (up to 4 grams once a day). Women not at great risk for the development of endometrial carcinoma (because of a previous hysterectomy) may tolerate a continuous daily dosing regimen.
