Ryaltris (mometasone / olopatadine) "Much more effective than Nasonex or Avamys. It clears up my sinuses almost instantly and keeps them clear. It also removes any itchiness, which the other two did not help with. I love it."

Ryaltris (mometasone / olopatadine) "I've used Ryaltris for over 2 years and it kept my allergies under control when used daily. I've stopped using it after realizing that it is the cause of my nose being red outside and occasional breakouts. Since stopping the use of Ryaltris, my nose rash cleared. Wish I could continue using it because now my allergies returned and I'm yet to find a good alternative medicine or spray."
