"When I was a CNA I got a latex allergy. It burnt my hands. I moved & was a receptionist for 5 years. I used cortisone. The dermatologist gave me Diprolene Cream & CETAPHIL. Got a good job & then my hands broke out from using Soft Soap. Had blisters on my fingers, I had to cover my fingers with bandaids everyday. Everyone asked why all the bandaids, like I was contagious. I put diprolene cream on wore cotton gloves at night. Brought my Cetaphil soap to wash my hands. So for all of you that are having break outs, Cortisone may calm down the issue for some people but if not & you can't see your dermatologist soon enough - I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY SKIN AND SHOW THEM so they would give me a refill. Once I got the medicine that worked for me it cleared up & been using Cetaphil lotion and their products. I hope sharing my experiences will help."

"When I was a teen I had dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. Tried all the acne products and everything made it worse. As a teen I was so embarrassed (at any age really) I thought this is just how it's going to be for me. Very depressed. A family member introduced me to Cetaphil. It was so gentle and so calming to my skin. It only took about 2 weeks for my skin to be clean, clear, and soft. I've been using Cetaphil ever since (about 20 yrs) it saved my skin!"

"It seemed fine the first two uses. Since then my clothes are full of dead skin after using it and I have very rough dry patches on my skin. Switched back to Nivea as this is obviously a reaction. My breasts have the worst peeling. I literally have to dust my clothes out when taking them off every day."

"I have been using Cetaphil for a very long time on my legs and arms and lately I have noticed that my skin on my legs feels very stiff and hard especially around my top and bottom of my feet and legs I don't know what happened but, I think it could be that when I had an open sore the Cetaphil got in to it and went in to my blood stream , I have stopped using this cream and hopefully the stiffness will go away."

"I had eczema ever since I was child, when it comes back it goes straight to my face. I was prescribed Cetaphil products the face and body for eczema and the moisturizing lotion. Yoooh it so horrible!, I have clear skin but it brought pimples and some burning sensation to my cheeks"

"Used cetaphil daily advance lotion, ultra hydrating- broke out in red, itchy rash. Got pretty bad. Had to go to doctor and get predinsoe dose pack and itch cream."

"Applied to dry hands and within a couple of minutes got a red rash and burning sensation on top of hands. After carefully washing it off the burning has subsided but the rash remains."

"It's not heavy on the skin, not oily, feels soft on face. Does not burn like other creams I have tried. Love cetaphil lotion"

"Tried it on the back of my hands, which were very dry. Burning, itchy skin where I used it. Day 2 symptoms persist, although not as bad as Day 1."

"I saw that my daughter bought it for my grandbaby she is 11 months and in diapers. Anyway I tried it on my face since I have really dry skin. I loved it, it did not feel greasy or oily went into my skin leaving it soft and refreshing. I went out the next day and bought my own. It is a very good product to use."
