Mixing Directions:

Reconstituting milk replacers with water is most accurately accomplished by weighing the individual components. If weighing is not possible, use the following volume measurements to reconstitute Milk Matrix 30/52 powder to the indicated approximate concentrations.

One part is a volume measurement such as a tablespoon or cup. The volume relationships shown above were calculated from the following weight-volume measurements. All weights were made on level measurements.

Multiple Uses:

Milk Replacer: Milk Matrix 30/52 may be used alone or blended with other powders in the Zoologic Milk Matrix family to formulate a milk replacer with nutrient levels that closely match a species’ natural milk.

Weaning Food Supplement: Milk Matrix 30/52 is also useful as a supplement that can be mixed into the diet as a powder during weaning as a transition from milk to solid. This powder provides highly digestible sources of protein and fat and is fortified with vitamins and minerals.

Storage

Unopened powder: store in a cool, dry place.

Reconstituted powder: must be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Blended or unblended opened powder: must be refrigerated for up to 3 months, or frozen for up to 6 months to preserve freshness.

Animal and vegetable fat (preserved with BHA, BHT, Propyl Gallate and Citric Acid and mixed tocopherols), casein, dried corn syrup, dried whey, dicalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, choline chloride, lecithin, maltodextrins, dried whey solubles, zinc methionine complex, magnesium sulfate, vitamin E supplement, sodium aluminosilicate, artificial flavor, vitamin A supplement, silicon dioxide, calcium pantothenate, niacin supplement, sodium selenite, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement, manganese sulfate, vitamin D3 supplement, copper proteinate, calcium iodate, iron proteinate, riboflavin supplement, folic acid, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
