FIRST AID

IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING:

● Take off contaminated clothing.

● Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

● Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Sergeant's SILVER Flea & Tick Spray for Dogs and Puppies Caution

Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This pesticide is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate.

This pesticide is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively visiting the treatment area.

PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS

Do not apply this product around electrical equipment due to the possibility of shock hazard.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Precautions

Vacate room after treatment and ventilate before reoccupying. Avoid contamination of feed and foodstuffs. Remove birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Use protective gloves or mitts when applying product.

RESTRICTIONS: This product is not for use on humans. Except when applying to dogs, do not allow adults, children, or pets to enter until sprays have dried. Do not make applications during the rain. Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems. Application is prohibited directly into sewers or drains, or to any area like a gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING

Hold container upright and spray from a distance of 12 to 15 inches. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, medicated, pregnant, or nursing animals. To kill Fleas, Ticks and Lice on dogs: Starting at the tail, stroke against the lay of the hair, spraying the parted fur in short bursts, directly behind the hand to ensure penetrating the coat. Dampen the fur up to the head. Do not spray directly in/on eyes, mouth, or genitalia of pets. Repeat application weekly if necessary to control infestations.

Storage And Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal. Pesticide Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. Do not transport or store below 32°F. Always store pesticides in the original container. Store away from food or pet food. Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
